What was the best moment that could serve as proof that everything is going to be alright? And how will you incorporate that discovery into the year ahead?

My moment happened last night actually…when I broke down and cried to my husband. We agreed that this year we would change our lives by changing our weight. I was scared because I wasn’t sure how I was going to do this when I failed so many times before.

He held me and told me that I needed to take this 1 day…1 meal…1 workout at a time…and that he would always be there for me to catch me when I fell down. This was probably the most pivotal moment of my year because it was the first time I really felt that no matter what…everything was going to be okay.

I’ll carry this with me this year as I embark on my new journey to lose the weight I’ve been holding on to for over 10 years.
