Pals, Food And Flicks
Ask your best pals to come over for that night, get some fun movies and good food and just hang out. You do not even need to say a single word to each other, just appreciate the movies, food and being together.
Play With A Pooch

I loved it all. I actually use a few of them, painting is one of them. I had two miscarriages and after each I started painting, without knowing that I’m cooling myself down. I just needed to be busy. I started with an accent wall, then a book case, a few tables, some other furniture I don’t remember, and then a few canvas. Then I had my son
I can add one thing to your list though. Dance, when I’m down I put on a dance music on a high volume and dance in front of a mirror so I can see myself being happy.
